Booking Conditions / General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. By booking a Mii-Ruum offer you confirm and accept the booking conditions below.
- I confirm that I am physically fit and that I have no physical or psychological complaints that could hinder my participation in the lessons.
- I understand that tactile feedback (touch) is part of the teaching and unless I inform the teacher otherwise, I agree to it. I treat teachers, other participants and material with respect.
- I confirm that I am responsible for myself, adapt the exercises according to my body constitution/possibilities and follow the instructions of the teacher.
- I agree that Mii-Ruum Yoga ∙ Pilates ∙ Wellness, respectively the teachers or substitutes do not assume any liability.
- I agree that my data can be used for statistical purposes. The data will be used by Mii-Room Yoga ∙ Pilates ∙ Wellness is treated confidentially.
I agree that by registering I will also be registered for the monthly newsletter of Mii-Ruum, which will provide me with important information about courses, cancellations etc. I know that I can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time if I wish and that I am then responsible for obtaining the information myself.
Cancellation
Should you have to cancel your subscription due to illness/accident etc., there is no right to Reimbursement.
The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel before the first course date:
30-15 days before start= CHF 30.- processing fee
14-08 days before start = 50%
07-00 days before start = 100%
Cancellation for the teacher training:
up to 30 days before start = advanced payment fee (see TT module)
29-08 days before start = 50%
07-00 days before start = 100%

Important
In case of illness, after/before an operation, in case of pregnancy / regression etc., a consultation with the family doctor is recommended. We recommend a course cancellation insurance.
