Pregnancy Yoga Lucerne

Pregnancy is a special and wonderful time to treat yourself and the growing baby inside you to soothing moments and to take good care of each other.

The pregnancy yoga class focuses on prenatal asanas and guided meditations that help you as a mommy-to-be to bring body and mind into harmony. You will also learn relaxation techniques that can support you during your pregnancy.

  • Sun salutation for pregnant women
  • Breathing exercises to ease pregnancy discomforts
  • Creating a mother-child bond through mindfulness training
  • Meditation and relaxation for pregnant women

Course Information Yoga during pregnancy

Every second Wednesday, Starting from 12th of April 2023, 20.15 - 21.15h

Registration: via Schedule, the terms and conditions apply.
Course duration: 10 x 60 min.
Min. 5, max. 10 Women

Participation with 10er-Class Pre- and Postnatal subscription for CHF 300.- (valid also for postnatal courses, valid for 6 months)
or 5er-Class Pass for CHF 160.-

Every other second Wednesday we have a soul meditation in our schedule with Kathrin Bantle. This course is also very relaxing for pregnant women. 

Health insurance companies often pay a contribution towards pregnancy yoga. Check directly with your health insurance company.
