Pilates in the morning
Thursday, 08.15 - 09.15, from 17 March 2022, Dominique Wüthrich
Dominique has always been interested in the human body, movement and sport in general. Due to long-standing tension in the shoulder and neck area, she started practising yoga a few years ago and came across Pilates. It is a perfect balance for her to do something good for her body and mind as well as to relieve stress. At the end of 2021, she began her training as a Pilates instructor. In her Pilates lessons, she would like to meet people of all ages who would like to improve their physical fitness and flexibility.
